What is your return policy?
Due to nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds. If your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please let us know within 48 hours. Email us at info@oliviawhitecreations.com. Hours of operation are 9am - 5pm EST / Mon - Fri. Excludes holidays.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we don't honor exchanges.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time for orders under qty of 20 are 2 weeks. Order over qty of 40 is 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer rush service?
As much as we acknowledge that our clients have important events with time crunching deadlines, it takes time to make quality craftsmanship and we want to make sure our custom products arrive to your event in great condition.
As the old saying “you can’t rush art.”
We kindly ask that you place your orders at least 4 weeks in advanced for quality of orders over 20 and 2 weeks in advanced for quantity of orders under under 20.
Do you offer gift assembly?
Absolutely! All gift sets come fully assembled.
